Registration for Fjallabak Trips

How to Register:

Once it has been confirmed that there is space available on the Fjallabak trip in which you are interested, we will need a deposit of $375 per person along with a completed Fjallabak Booking Form and signed Release Form for each participant. Please fax or mail the Fjallabak booking form with the deposit to Distant Journeys.

On receipt of deposit we will send you a confirmation letter, a packing list, travel information, information on trip cancellation insurance, invoice for final payment and other pertinent information about your trip. 60 days prior to departure the balance is do. Fjallabak requires proof medical insurance. We accept Mastercard, Visa and personal checks.

Please note that Distant Journeys operates only as the booking agent and that Fjallabak is the tour operator. Fjallabak reserves the right to modify or change the itineraries either prior or during the trip.

Getting to Iceland:

Icelandair is the only airline operating flights to Iceland from United States. Flights can be booked online through Icelandair or other through other travel sites such as Expedia. You can also contact your local travel agent for assistance in booking flights. Icelandair offers direct flights from Boston, New York, Baltimore, Orlando, Minneapolis-St. Paul and San Francisco to Keflavik the main international airport in Iceland.

Reykjavik is about 1 hour from the airport easily accessible by the “fly-bus”. From the fly-bus terminal in Reykjavik you may take a taxi to your hotel.
